with a remote sensor head at the end of a 100 cm long flexible cable. It
measures down to 1/10 volt on a surface, and up to 20 000 volts (20 kV).
The Ultra Stable Volt Meter is a non touch voltage meter. This means a
reading can be obtained without touching the surface of the sample being
tested.
